Why young hero rejected ‘Pataas’ offer?

Saikumar had good market in Kannada Film Industry as he had been a successful hero with angry young man image in his hay days. Kannada is like mother tongue to him. He took the remake rights of Kalyan Ram’s ‘Pataas’ to cast Aadi in the lead role.

But Aadi had that judgement regarding the kind of characters he has to choose at this juncture of his career and to do a cop movie when he is still playing a lover boy wasn’t right thought the young actor.

Hence he rejected ‘Pataas’ remake in Kannada and Saikumar is doing the same role from the original but with a different Kannada hero. He is happy that his son is able to take the right decision.
