Will ‘Aagadu’ reek of commercialism?

Mahesh Babu underplayed in his recent release ‘1:Nenokkadine’, for which he has been raved about. His performance was labelled as his career best and even Mahesh was proud of his work and said it was his best film so far. Happy with the response with the film, he even expressed interest to work with him again.

As Mahesh is set to start working on Srinu Vaitla’s Aagadu, one wonders what kind of film it will turn out to be. An out and out commercial entertainer or something different we haven’t seen from Vaitla yet. Going by his previous works, Vaitla is known for churning out commercial pot-boilers. One can also understand that Mahesh can’t expect all his films to be like ‘1’, and, therefore, it wouldn’t be surprising to see if we get another routine commercial outing from Vaitla-Mahesh combo.

We have to wait to find out if we’ll have another commercial outing like ‘Dookudu’ in ‘Aagadu’ or will we get to see something different from Vaitla.
