Will Akhil Follow Naga Chaitanya To The OTT Space?

Akhil Akkineni is one hero in Tollywood who looks cut for Bollywood films, many say. Some say he should be doing action-oriented OTT Projects. The actor is yet to get his first break in the industry and this kind of expectations only adds to the pressure on the young man.

In an interview with M9.news ahead of the release of his next, Most Eligible Bachelor, Akhil Akkineni opened up about these expectations. “People keep saying many things. Keep aside if I got such offers or not but my focus is here right now,” Akhil said.

“There is lot do here. I am mindful of what is happening with my career. I am a Telugu man and will do films here only. Except for Telugu films, nothing is on my mind for now,” the Akkineni actor added. Interestingly, Akhil’s brother, Naga Chaitanya is all set for his Bollywood and OTT debuts.

Naga Chaitanya is playing a crucial role in Aamir Khan’s Laal Singh Chaddha. He will very soon begin the shooting of his maiden web series with Manam fame Vikram K Kumar for Amazon Prime Video.
