Will Indian Billionaire Support Prabhas?

It is known that Prabhas’s Project K is being mounted on a lavish scale. The film also stars Amitabh Bachchan and Deepika Padukone and it is tipped to be one of the costliest projects in Indian cinema.

Now, the director of the Prabhas starrer – Nag Ashwin has requested India’s automobile pioneer and billionaire Anand Mahindra’s support for Project K.

“Dear @anandmahindra sir…we are making an Indian sci-fi film with Mr.Bachan, Prabhas and Deepika called #ProjectK A few vehicles we are building for this world are unique & beyond the tech of today…if this film does wat it is supposed to, it will be the pride of our nation.” Nag Ashwin tweeted.

“I admire you a lot sir..v have a talented, fully Indian team of engineers and designers..but the scale of the project is such that we could use a hand..such a film has never been attempted before…it would be an honor if you can help us engineer the future… #ProjectK” he added.

Ashwin had previously stated the unit is designing a new line of automobiles for Project K, a futuristic sci-fi film. This demands continual support from a top automobile manufacturing company that knows the craft in and out. So, the young filmmaker appears to have approached Anand Mahindra, the chairperson of Mahindra and Mahindra, a company that manufactures Indian-made vehicles.

Anand Mahindra maintains an active presence on social media and he is known for his cooperative nature. He might well oblige to Ashwin’s exciting proposal. If he actually does come on board, it would be of great help for Project K.
