Will Polishetty’s Single Hand Batting Be Enough?

One of the most popular female stars, Anushka Shetty, has teamed up with a relatively younger actor, Naveen Polishetty, for the romantic comedy, ‘Miss Shetty Mr. Polishetty.’ The teaser was launched yesterday at the Sreenidhi College of Engineering.

Anushka has tremendous goodwill among female and family audiences due to her iconic female-oriented movies like Arundathi. She is also one of the very few female stars who can pull audiences to the theaters with her stardom. She is coming back after a hiatus with this film which is one of its USPs.

But due to obvious reasons, Anushka might not participate in the promotions actively. And the onus will be on Naveen Polishetty to do the promotions single-handedly.

Naveen Polishetty is popular among the youth and there is trust among the audience about his choices. The success of his last few films like Chhichhore, Agent Sai Srinivasa Athreya, and Jathi Rathnalu have created some sort of curiosity about his films among the audience.

Polishetty has already started promoting the film in his own way, as we have seen with the teaser launch where he interacted with the students at Sreenidhi College of Engineering, but will that be sufficient? Only time will tell.
