Will Prabhas’ Next to Be Shelved?

With the mammoth effect of Rajamouli’s Baahubali, Prabhas‘ immediate release, Saaho got those great level of expectations. To that added the promotions and hype created around the film but unexpectedly, Saaho got only a damaging talk bringing down the hype of the film to the steep. This didn’t affect the box office collections though, but there is indirect damage to occur on his next and the director?

For the obvious reasons, Prabhas’s next again, comes with a huge risk raising doubts on director Radha Krishna, again, a one film old director who made Jil in 2015. Even Sujeeth was a one old film director who also suffered the pan India star image that Prabhas’ previous film, Baahubali got. His career is clearly at stake and looks like Radha Krishna’s too even before they have completed Jaanu, Prabhas’ next after Saaho.

No one of Prabhas’ range who is enjoying the pan India stardom would not take this kind of risk and Saaho proved the risk to be hazardous. Sujeeth delivered a below-par film, but only the Prabhas’ craze saved the film. And amid all this, there are rumors that his next may be shelved.

They say the film has started its first schedule shoot with Pooja Hegde in the lead actress role, but with the outcome of Saaho, team thought it would be better to stop the film for now as per rumors. Let’s wait and see who will direct him next and if the director can deliver anabove average film that can appeal to Pan India audience, box office will be shaken again. His next after Saaho will open even big in the Hindi.
