Will Salman Khan out do Chiranjeevi in Stalin remake?

Bollywood Superstar Salman Khan is getting ready with his upcoming film Jai Ho. The film which is slated to have a Republic Day 2014 release has started its promotional activities with a bang with the first look poster of the film Jai Ho. As we already know the film is a remake of Telugu film Stalin starring Megastar Chiranjeevi, the comparisons with the Chiranjeevi’s film are being made at every step. On the first look front the Hindi version Jai Ho has scored big time due to its creativity where by the concept of the film is convinced through the poster itself.

Now the real question is will the box office performance too will be on similar lines. The Telugu film as we know has been an average grosser for Chirnajeevi and it was under lots of criticism for the action parts in the climax portions and poor hero-heroine track. Jai Ho, sources say has looked into those aspects and improved those portions with new scenes that are not present in Telugu version. Will the improvement work in a positive way like it had for previous AR Murugadoss film Ghajini, where the entire last act was revamped, only time will tell. For now based on the director on hand for remake and the subject on hand all we can say is it would be a difficult to get that right balance. What do you think?
