Woman Famous as Bikini Climber’s Sad Death

Gigi Wu, a 36-year-old mountain hiker famous for her bikini poses on the highest peaks of the hills has died in an unfortunate event while she was on a solo hiking trip. Gigi is a known face of social media for the hikers and her specialty is said to be climbing the mountains all way just in a bikini.

She used to post pictures of her in her bikini after reaching the peak of her climb. Her last post was Friday of a photo with clouds covering the mountains. Gigi was frozen to death after falling 20m into a slope of Central Taiwan’s Yushan Mountain and broke her leg due which she was unable to move. She managed to give her coordinates to her friend through satellite phone, but unfortunately, it was too late by the time the rescue team found her body only lifeless.

It took 28 hours for the rescue team to reach her coordinates due to the bad weather and reportedly, she died on Monday. Having been an inspirational woman who lived her life just as she wanted, her death is a real sorrow for her followers.
