Wore Pads on Every Part of Body – NTR Heroine’s Revelation

Body shaming is not just an issue that we see in the film industry, but everywhere. Actress Sameera Reddy shared a video speaking about not only the body shaming of other women, but also her own saga.

While she was actively doing films, she used pads on every part of her body thinking that she wasn’t perfect and she might get to be body shamed. Besides padding, she also used lens for lightening her eyes etc. among other things.

Speaking about the people who spoke to her on social media, Sameera particularly mentioned how a woman felt that she is ugly, not beautiful because she is fat.

To inspire others and also let go that kind of thinking, Sameera posted a video early in the morning avatar with swelling eyes sans makeup. Not many would be game to showing themselves with greying hair, swelled up eyes and san makeup as Sameera did.
