Wrong Time Release Affects SSS Openings

Without any doubt right now is the absolutely worst time to release a movie. The collections of the film Sahasam Swasaga Sagipo exactly prove that.

Not that the film was going to open earth shatteringly otherwise but the film has surely opened lower than anticipated. The morning show collections were fine across the board in A centers but the follow up was poor. In smaller centers, it was worse, to begin with.

SSS has collected approximately 1.2 Cr on its opening day. This is very low numbers and things don’t look rosy going forward as well. Naga Chaitanya and Gautham Menon have to set with a flop or worse result from Telugu now.

Collections of Tamil version Achcham Yenbadhu Madamaiyada starring Simbu is slightly better in the multiplexes. Also, the overseas numbers are decent for both the films as of now. One has to wait and see if the overseas pull the film somewhat or not.
