Trailer Talk: Potential For Good Commercial Political Thriller

Yaman, the new film from Tamil actor Vijay Antony is getting ready to release in Telugu with the same title as its Telugu equivalent Yamudu is already in use. The theatrical for the Telugu version has been released today on the occasion of audio release.

The first impression based on the trailer is positive without any doubt. It belongs to the commercial space and is a political thriller. In the past Karthi’s Shakuni and Jeeva’s Rangam came in the same genre, the former failed whereas the latter succeeded. If the trailer of Yaman and its dialogue are taken as an indicator, it looks very likely that it might be at least better than Shakuni.
