NOTA Actress Drags Her Filmmaker into #MeToo

Now, it is actress Yashika Anand who came up with sexual harassment allegations on one of her directors without revealing the name of the Kollywood director.The actress was last seen in Vijay Deverakonda’s ‘NOTA’ and also in the super hit film ‘Dhuruvangal Pathinaru’.

The actress alleged that the director didn’t approach her directly for sexual favors but hinted at it through his indirect approach. The actress was quite vocal and revealed the reality that everyone knows how the upcoming actresses have to suffer sexual harassment in the hands of some directors.

The movement is slowly picking up down South and many actresses are sharing the anecdotes of the sexual harassment they had faced in the film industry. But, conspicuously, no top heroine came out to share her story. Of course, it’s their personal choice whether they want to share their stories.
