Apparently, Yash’s family has been staying at the home for 8 years with the payable rent of 40,000 per month. The owners now filed a case against Pushpa for not paying the rent a total of 23 Lakhs. Yash’s mother went to the high court claiming that they have invested about 13 Lakhs already on the house which was in construction stage when they started to stay and hence were not paying the rent.
But the owners reflected her petition that all of that may have happened but they without their knowledge which the court supported and ordered Pushpa to pay back the due including 9% interest with permission to stay at the home for this month.
