According to a report in Deccan Chronicle, a young hero sent Avika some inappropriate messages. The actress chose to shame him on the Whatsapp group created for young actors in Tollywood.
While some stood by her side and a few others stood by the young Tollywood hero. It is also reported that her lead role was changed into a cameo in one of her recently released films. Avika put up a screenshot of the inappropriate messages on the group for which she was kicked out of the group by the group admin.
