Youth Files Complaint on Overnight Sensation

Little did we give attention to the lyrics of ‘Manikya Malaraya Poovi’ from her upcoming Malayalam movie ‘Oru Adaar Love’. Hyderabad youth, especially the Muslim youth found the lyrics objectionable as there seemed to a reference to Prophet Mohammad and his wife in the song.

They conveyed the same to the police. After looking into the matter with the reference of the song’s literal translation, Hyderabad Police decided to lodge an FIR on the makers of the movie against those allegedly objectionable lyrics of the song.
