YSRC hopes to bank on PM's disappointment

YSR Congress, the main opposition party in Andhra Pradesh is energized by the Prime Minister’s disappointing Speech in Amaravati. The party saw a big potential in the Special Status issue and even went to the extreme of Jagan sitting for an indefinite fast for the cause.

However he ended the fast abruptly before it had any effect on the people. Now with Prime Minister disappointing with no announcement of Special Status or Special Status, the party wants to take the issue more aggressively in to people.

The party had already called for dharnas in all districts and it will chalk out a detailed plan of action on Monday. The problem with YSRCP’s agitation is that they fight more with the state government on a central issue making themselves as political opportunists.
