Upendra's first look from Zombie Reddy 2
Superhero Teja Sajja, who has established a Pan-India presence following HanuMan and Mirai, reunites with the second installment of his Zombie Reddy franchise, Zombie Reddy 2 NXT LVL – Dead Or Alive. Prasanth Varma, who created Zombie Reddy, continues his association with the franchise as its creator, while Suparn S Varma directs the new chapter. People Media Factory’s TG Vishwa Prasad and Krithi Prasad are backing the movie.
The makers have unveiled Upendra’s first look on his birthday. He is shown hanging upside down from a massive tree branch, with a long weapon firmly held in one hand. His appearance, wild flowing hair and intense facial expression give the character a distinctive look. A thick forest, burning torches and tribal men in the background add to the visual setting.
The avatar is notable given Upendra’s reputation for experimenting with his screen image. His ability to approach different characters has made transformation an integral part of his performances, and Zombie Reddy 2 NXT LVL offers him another unusual opportunity.
Zombie Reddy 2 is planned as a multilingual release, reaching audiences in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Hindi, Nepali and Japanese.
