We asked him about the feedback he took from the last few films which were disasters and how he applied them to this film.

“Failures taught me more than success. I understood what audience are expecting from me. I was told there are three things that should be corrected in my performance. I tried to correct them in this film. I also amended the way how I market my film as well. I am always receptive of feedback,” he assured.

He also has no ego in calling some of his recent films as disasters.

“There is no hiding. But I realized due to certain things. Even movies that should be flops are becoming disasters. There are little adjustments I need to make to avoid that situation. I made them and I am not going to repeat the mistake,” he says.

Kiran says the film is his first with complete emphasis on comedy.

“All my earlier films were all subject-driven and had less scope for comedy. This story of Rules Ranjann has situational comedy where you unknowingly fall in love with characters that keep chipping in at regular intervals,” he said.

The actor also says the last twenty minutes of the film is thoroughly entertaining.
