Director Sahit Mothkhuri’s upcoming film Pottel iss gearing up for release and the promotional activities are happening in full swing. The songs as well as the teaser were well-recived. Meanwhile, they have released the film’s theatrical trailer.
The trailer establishes a powerful narrative that underlines the significance of education, framed within the context of rural customs and challenges. Yuva Chandraa Krishna faces backlash when the Pottel, designated as a village sacrifice is stolen. Ajay who is the village head suggests a sacrifice of Yuva’s daughter instead. This intense conflict drives home the film’s central theme that education is a vital force for change.
The performances in Pottel are commendable, with Yuva Chandraa Krishna delivering a heartfelt portrayal of a father determined to provide education for his child. Ananya Nagalla plays his supportive wife, while Ajay stands out with his remarkable role.
The emotional weight of the story is further enhanced by Monish Bhupathi Raju’s striking cinematography and Shekar Chandra’s haunting score. With its compelling message and strong technical values, Pottel promises to be a hard hitting and gripping experience.
Produced by NISA Entertainments and Pragnya Sannidhi Creations, Pottel will arrive in cinemas on October 25th.
