Sita Ramam Happens Between Two Time Periods

Dulquer Salmaan and Mrunal Thakur’s Sita Ramam is releasing on August 5th. The initial promotions of the film are very impressive and there are good expectations over the film. Director Hanu Raghavapudi interacted with media about the film.

“Sita Ramam is a larger than life story. I wanted a demanding face to play the lead role but Telugu stars all are busy. Myself and Swapna garu thought Dulquer will be a perfect fit for the character,” Hanu Raghavapudi said about his choice for the hero.

“Sita Ramam will have two time periods. The story will take-off in 1964. The screenplay will move back and forth between the past and now. Dulquer will be an orphan and Solider guarding the border. He gets many letters after the news spreads. One such letter by Sita changes his life,” he revealed about the story.

“What is in the story and how it changes Dulquer’s life is the crux of the film. Sita Ramam is all about the magic that happens after the letter is opened. Rashmika plays a very important character in the film that changes the course of the story,” Hanu added.
