100 Cr Worth Lands At Dirt-Cheap Prices For YCP Offices!

Elections are just 16 months away in Andhra Pradesh. There are visible signs of anti-incumbency. Probably, Jagan feels he may not come to power in 2024.

Ruling parties that lose hope about the next elections usually try to make money at the last minute. YSR Congress is behaving just like that.

In certain areas of Andhra Pradesh, the government is handing over Government lands on lease to YSR Congress offices at dirt-cheap prices.

Lands were allocated in prime areas of Vijayawada, Kadapa, Renigunta, Puttaparthi, Narasaraopeta, Anakapalli, and Amalapuram. Lands earlier earmarked for other purposes have also been converted and handed over to YSRCP.

In Puttaparthi and Renigunta, the lands allocated are closer to the Airports. In Anakapalli, it is very close to the National Highway.

The lands are being allocated for just 1000 Rupees per annum for a period of 33 years while their actual cost runs into 100 Crores.

The Government buildings including Collector’s camp offices were not constructed in many new districts citing no land. But there is enough availability for YSRCP office buildings.
