2200 Have Changed Nativity from Telangana to AP

The Two Years Period allowed by the Central Government for Nativity Change is completed by Thursday midnight. The Servers of Mee Seva have stopped taking such applications. In this two years, 2200 people have availed the facility.

Most of the applications are for the migration to Krishna, Guntur and Vishakapatnam districts. On the other side, the state government is seeking to extend this for two more years and center is yet to respond to the letter written by the state.

Earlier, the employees were reluctant to shift to Andhra Pradesh due to this nativity issue. They feared that they and their children will become ‘non-local’ when they migrate to Vijayawada and Guntur. As a result, their educational and job opportunities will be affected.
