400 CEOs of Australian companies to visit AP

A delegation of 400 CEOS of various companies in Australia headed by the country’s Commerce and Industries minister, Ian Macfarlane will be visiting Andhra Pradesh in January after Sankranthi. The delegation will meet the state chief minister, Chandrababu Naidu and will explore the various opportunities to invest in the state.

It is primarily learnt that Australia is planning to invest 500 Million Dollars in the packaging industry of Andhra Pradesh. The country is also likely to extend its help in the Road Safety for AP.

Ambassador of australia in India, Patrick Sakling and his team met with Kambhampati Ram Mohan Rao, the Special Representative of the Andhra Pradesh government in Delhi and confirmed their plans. The team was fully in admiration for the state government’s attempts to attract more and more investments.
