60 floors building to AP Secretariat!

Few China companies came forward to construct the new secretariat of Andhra Pradesh in Amaravathi. The proposed secretariat building will be of 60 floors and will house the offices of Chief Minister, Minister, Secretariat and all head of the departments.

This building will also have a helipad which will make the air travel of the Chief Minister very easy. China companies have proposed to complete this secretariat in two years time. A decision regarding this will be taken only after the submission of the Master Plan. If the financial proposal of the company is acceptable for the government, the contract may be given with out bidding, since the company belongs to China government.

Also completing this building before elections will immensely benefit Chandrababu Naidu and Telugu Desam Party’s poll prospects. Singapore experts team will submit the Master Plan towards the end of May or early June.
