700 Indian Students To Be Deported Due to Fake Visas

700 Indian students who applied for study visas through Education Migration Services, Jalandhar, headed by one Brijesh Mishra, have been issued deportation notices as the documents were found to be fake.

The students were charged between Rs 16 to Rs 20 lakh for all the expenses, including admission fees to a premium institute Humber College. Air tickets and security deposits were not included in the payment of the agent. The Canadian Border Security Agency has issued deportation notices.

One of the students said that after passing +2, about 700 students applied for study visas through Education Migration Services. It was headed by Brijesh Mishra, and the applications were filed in 2018 onwards until 2022.

Mishra charged Rs 16 to 20 lakh for all expenses, though air tickets and security deposits were not included in the payment of the agent. However, when Batth was on the way taking the students, he got a call saying they would have to do the course next semester. Meanwhile, the students were asked to take up courses in other good colleges.

After checking the document, deportation notices were issued to all students after granting them an opportunity for a hearing.
