ACB bypassing Court Orders in Revanth Reddy case!

In an attempt to draw as much as information possible from Revanth Reddy regarding the involvement of TDP Supremo, Chandrababu Naidu, Telangana Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) is even bypassing the orders of the Special Court in the case.

On Friday, the court clearly stated that Revanth Reddy can be questioned every day between 9AM to 4PM for the next four days in the presence of his advocates. Usually it is very difficult for ACB to get any information with the advocate sitting opposite.

Hence they bypassed the court order and started Revanth Reddy’s interrogation with out informing or allowing the advocates. Revanth Reddy’s lawyers are staging a protest regarding this in front of ACB office. Telangana government had taken this case very seriously as it has the potential of crushing TDP completely in the newest state of the country.
