ACB dragged itself in to trouble!

Telangana Anti Corruption Bureau had finally admitted that the leaked audio tape of Chandrababu Naidu with nominated MLA, Elvis Stephenson is not recorded/tapped by themselves but recorded by the MLA himself. However the investigative agency seem to be not convincing in this version.

The first and foremost thing is that with a recording option, Stephenson can not in any way record the normal ringing tone (which we hear when we call some and their phone is ringing). It is clear that ACB tapped the phone of Bishop Sebastian Harry in this incident.

But ACB’s version is not believable and is not admissible in the court of law. ACB admitted that Stephenson brought the recording to them. In such case, ACB had to answer how the recording got leaked to T-News when all the evidences collected by them are produced in court.
