ACB intentionally delaying Revanth Reddy’s case!

Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) had requested 4 days custody of Revanth Reddy and was sanctioned by the court. But Revanth Reddy alleges that such request was only to delay his bail. Revanth Reddy’s Lawyers on Saturday filed a petition to curtail his custody as the ACB officials did not call him for questioning for nearly half-a-day on Saturday.

It is known that ACB is allowed to interrogate him from 9AM to 4PM every day for 4 days. His petition might come up for hearing on Monday. Revanth also requested the court that he be taken back to the Cherlapalli jail after questioning sessions during remaining three-day custody instead of lodging him at the SIT office.

On Saturday, ACB team interrogated Rudra Uday Simha and bishop Harry Sebastian, the other accused in the case. Based on the information revealed by them, Revanth Reddy is questioned.
