ACB struggles to establish source of 50 Lakhs!

Cash for Vote scam and Revanth Reddy’s bail petition will come to hearing in High Court tomorrow. Telangana ACB is planning to produce the FSL report and the proofs of source of 50 Lakhs in the court and ask the court to deny bail to Revanth Reddy as there are substantial proofs against him.

The Preliminary report of the Forensic Science Lab is expected by tomorrow but the ACB is yet to find the source of the seized 50 Lakhs or the whereabouts of the remaining 4.5 Crore. Earlier the names like Sujana Chowdary and CM Ramesh cropped up as the funders behind the cash.

But ACB may not have found any proofs since they did not serve any notices to them. Besides denying bail for Revanth Reddy, the ACB also wants the court to direct Andhra Pradesh Police to arrest Matthaiah, the A4 in this case who absconded to AP after these arrests on May 31st.
