ACB to avoid Babu’s Voice sampling!

Telangana Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) is making sure every thing is perfect legally before pinning down Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu in the Cash for Vote scam. Since the issue can become a law and order problem between the two states, ACB do not want to rush in things in this case. As a result, we are said that ACB is thinking on the lines to avoid taking Chandrababu’s voice sample to establish the authenticity of the audio tapes.

Usually ACB gives notice to Babu to give his voice sample at a place. Since they are dealing with a state Chief Minister, the choice of location will be given. But now ACB is likely to make use of Babu’s Assembly records in the United State as the sample to establish the audio tape authenticity.

Also they are sure that those audio tapes can not stand in the court as there are no objectionable words in that tapes so they are trying for other evidences to pin down Naidu in this case.
