After TDP, Now TRS targets Congress in Assembly!

Ruling TRS Party seem to be cornering Opposition parties in the state one after the other. It was Revanth Reddy of TDP till the other day, now the party targeted Congress President, Ponnala Lakshmaiah. There were allegations on Ponnala that he bought the assigned lands belonging to Dalits from APIIC during the previous governments. Controller and Auditor General (CAG) also found fault with Ponnala’s land deals and the TPCC President is fighting the issue in Courts.

TRS Dalit MLAs raised the issue in Assembly told and are demanding a house committee to bring justice to Dalits. Minister Harish Rao also supported the argument and requested the speaker to take action on Ponnala which can be a lesson to Land Grabbers.

Ruling party has taken this issue aggressively in the house pushing the main opposition party in defence. Leader of Opposition, Jana Reddy told the house that Ponnala bought the lands legally from APIIC and not from Dalits. He asked the house not to name the member repeatedly when is not present there
