Allu Arjun’s Case: Police Petition To Cancel Bail?

Even though he is out on a four-week interim bail, Allu Arjun seems to be not getting a breather from the Hyderabad police. As per the latest reports, Hyderabad police are likely to approach the High Court, requesting to cancel the interim bail granted to Bunny.

According to media reports, the police have submitted a letter to the prosecution and Additional Advocate General (AAG), stating that the management of Sandhya Theatre had been suggested not to allow Allu Arjun and actress Rashmika Mandanna into the theatre during the screening of Pushpa 2’s benefit show, keeping in mind the security challenges.

Yesterday, a letter written by Chikkadpally Police asking Sandhya Theatre not to allow Allu Arjun to the theatre was also circulated on social media. In the letter, the police stated that crowd control would be difficult at Sandhya Theatre if the actor attended the premiere.

The police appear to be making an appeal to the High Court, citing the same reason and requesting the magistrate to cancel Allu Arjun’s interim bail. We hear that a petition will be filed after getting permission from the higher authorities.

Allu Arjun was arrested on December 13 in connection with the Sandhya Theatre stampede issue. The High Court granted him bail on the same day, but he was released only on December 14, after spending a night at Chanchalguda Central Jail.
