Amaravati construction to go on till 2050

The Singapore Experts Team had submitted the Master Plan of Amaravati’s Seed Capital. The team proposed developing of the Seed Capital in four parts – Amaravati Gate way, Amaravati Down Town, Amaravati Government offices Zone and Amaravati Water front.

The Seed Capital is of 16.9 square kilometers. The construction will go on till 2050 in five phases. The Singapore team had proposed to execute this project using Public Private Partnership model.

The plan is prepared to accommodate one Crore ten Lakh people and anticipates creation 1.8 million jobs by 2050. The master plan had given significance to tourism development. They have also included metro rail project and other connectivity improvement projects in the master plan.
