Amaravati land allocations only on investment value!

Andhra Pradesh government had decided that it should judiciously use the land pooled in Amaravati. The Chief Minister is of the opinion that land should be allocated to those companies who give distinct plans of investments and employment creation opportunities.

The state government is not rushing in to an MOU with Singapore for the same reason. Also in dealing with Singapore, Naidu is clear that the MOU will be Government-Government and not with companies.

Singapore companies Ascendas and Sembcorp are likely to form a join venture in entering in to an MOU with the Andhra Pradesh government. Once they submit their proposal for the development of Amaravati. AP government will make them open, any company should bid less than Singapore proposal and can get the bid.
