Marriage halls in AP to turn into govt offices!

Andhra Pradesh government had intensified the shifting of its administration to Amaravati. The government needs five Lakh Square feet of Office Space to shift all the departments. But the government right now is having only one Lakh square feet in its possession.

So the hunt is on for more office space. The heads of departments (HoDs) are even scouting even marriage halls and residential complexes to house offices and employees respectively. They are in talks with marriage halls and newly constructed apartments.

Marriage halls are a good option as they have ample parking space along with other required facilities, such as round-the-clock surveillance systems, closed-circuit cameras and air-conditioning. Also the function halls can be easily cubicled.
