Amaravati Townships in Pyramid Shape!

The Townships planned in the upcoming State Capital of Andhra Pradesh will be in Pyramid Shape. One end of the Townships will have high rise buildings and the height of buildings will decrease as the township nears end.

That means Personal houses and villas will be at the end. People living in the capital will have public transport at walkable distance. The state government is currently planning nine theme cities and 27 Townships in the capital region.

Every theme city will have 3-4 townships around it. Each township will be 2 Kms length and 2 Kms breadth. The government is planning Metro Rail or high speed rail for the public transport. Once the Master Plan draft plan is released, CRDA officials will sit with the farmers to decide up on the modus-operandi of allotment of plots to them.
