Ambati gets a ‘Kiss’ from KCR!

Here is an interesting scene from one-Day International (ODI) between India and Sri Lanka at the stadium today in Uppal, Hyderabad. KCR graced the event as chief guest and greeted every player with a hand shake but Rayudu Ambati gets a kiss from Telangana Chief Minister. This came as a pleasent surprise for the folks at the stadium.

The cloudy weather provided a perfect setting as about 30k spectators turned out for the match and KCR released the balloons, a carnival like atmosphere prevailed at the stadium and obviously KCR kissing scene became the topic of the day at the stadium. India beat Sri Lanka by six wickets, with this India had taken the unassailable 3-0 lead in the 5-match series.

Ambati Rayudu comes from Guntur, AP, started his Cricket career playing for Hyderabad, soon hit the attention of national selectors as he was called as next Sachin in Cricket world in his early stages itself.
