Amit Shah Confirms MP Ticket to Swamy Paripoornanda?

BJP President Amit Shah is in Telangana the other day and had a meeting with RSS functionaries and the State BJP Leaders. Amit Shah reportedly asked their opinion about bringing Swamy Paripoornanda who is in news recently into BJP.

Amit Shah reportedly got a positive response from all of them and it was decided to ask the Swami to contest from Karimnagar Loksabha segment. BJP sense an opportunity to polarize Telangana after the Kathi Mahesh controversy.

Swami Paripoornanda was banned from Hyderabad for a Period of Six months for making hate speech and instigating Hindus. BJP wants to bring him into Political Limelight saying Hinduism is under threat in KCR’s rule and ensure that Hindus rally along with the Saffron Party.

But then, it has to be seen if they will be successful as KCR had the image of being a devout Hindu by offering gifts to various Temples and Performing Yagnas etc. But then, BJP sees it as the only chance to expand in Telangana and wants to give it a try.
