The State Government allotted land and funds for compound wall construction but the lack of funds for the construction of permanent campuses resulted in the institutions functioning from temporary offices. As a result, staff and students were facing many problems in these temporary structures.

IIT in Tirupati was allocated 630.49 acres by the State Government, NIT in Tadepalligudem was allotted 172.08 acres but were running on Temporary Campuses.
