AP Education Minister’s Ad Becomes Bait to Trolls

A series of ads with the heading ‘Mukhyamantriki Andaga undam’ are appearing in Sakshi from a few days. These ads are given by Ministers and industrialist and social media is mocking the ads for the caption and is alleging that this is a dubious way of pumping money into Sakshi when the Print Media is in crisis due to the Coronavirus Pandemic.

As if the embarrassment is not enough, a mistake in such an ad today has gone viral in social media. The ad which figures the Do and Donts during the Pandemic asks people to clean the Body fluids like Blood, Urine, and Faeces with Chemicals. In the very next line, the ad asks people to clean the Body fluids with Blood, Urine, Faeces, and Chemicals.

it is deplorable that the ad given by Education Minister Adhimulapu Suresh did not have basic proofreading. Probably, some English instructions were picked from somewhere and blindly translated to Telugu using some Translator Tools. The picture is going viral on Social Media.

According to the Medical Bulletin released this morning, Andhra Pradesh has recorded 329 cases. A total of Six Patients have discharged so far in the state.
