First AP institution in Amaravati

The center did not decide up on the government institutions in the Section 10 of Andhra Pradesh Reorganization. While AP is keen on maintaining them jointly, Telangana government had already taken all of them in to its custody and only offered services to AP on paying.

AP government is operating some of the institutions but most of the AP branches are again setup in Hyderabad. But AP CM had decided to stop this further and shift all possible institutions to Amaravati. Accordingly, AP had decided to setup Human Resources Development Organization in Amaravati.

The state government had sanctioned 3.95 Crore rupees for it and released G.O. accordingly. Retired IAS officer D.Chakrapani is appointed as the director general. He will stay in the post for three years and will look after the employees appointment and developing infrastructure for HRD.
