AP High Court’s Sensational Verdict on Dr. Sudhakar Case

Police manhandling Narasipatnam Doctor, Sudhakar has hogged the headlines across the globe. Andhra Pradesh High Court took cognizance of the issue and referred the case to the CBI. The court refused to accept the Government’s Report on this issue and asked CBI to finish the investigation in eight weeks.

The state government suspended the doctor after he complained about the lack of PPEs to the frontline workers of the COVID war. A Lockdown violation case was later registered on his son which the relatives allege Government’s harassment. After a few days, he was manhandled on the roads of Vishakapatnam.

Police alleged that he foulmouthed the Chief Minister and Traffic Police. Later, he was branded mad and was admitted to a Mental Hospital. The issue has become sensational and also, was covered by the International media bringing a lot of disrepute to the country.

The other day, Sudhakar’s mother alleged that the Government is trying to silence them offering to cancel the suspension.
