AP Home Minister: Jagan’s Calculation Goes Wrong!

For the last few days, there has been a spike in the rapes in Andhra Pradesh. The government and the law enforcement agencies have come under the radar all of a sudden.

At this time, the recently appointed Home Minister Taneti Vanitha has become a liability to Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy.

She has been making controversial comments about sensitive issues like rape and is bringing criticism to the government.

Earlier this week, we have seen her blaming the mothers and their upbringing for the rapes.

The other day, we have seen her saying that the gang rape at Repalle Police Station is not intentional.

People are criticizing that the Home Minister looks like is speaking in favor of the accused.

It is a no-brainer that anyone should be very responsible while speaking about such sensitive issues. But the Home Minister has missed not once but twice already.

The appointment which was aimed to bring political mileage (SC, Women) is actually becoming unnecessary headaches to the Chief Minister.
