AP set to claim stake in 142 TS institutions

AP government is buoyed with the recent Supreme Court order which iterates the AP govt. right for having stake in all the institutions in Schedule IX and X. SC directed both the states to resolve amicably by discussions.

AP chief secretary is all set to write a letter to Telangana Chief Secretary to honour the verdict of Supreme Court. AP state cabinet met on Saturday at CM camp office taken note that the 142 institutions listed in tenth schedule has to be resolved by Telangana government.

In this regard, AP Information and Public Relations Minister Palle Raghunath Reddy said that how AP government sits quiet while TS authorities forcibly occupying properties of AP by simply stating the reason that they are being located in Hyderabad. With this move, AP is setting to earn record revenue.
