Andhra Techie Dies In Unfortunate Accident in New York

Everything was going well for Nekkelapu Harish in Canada. He completed his MTech in software engineering and was working as a tool maker in Canada. Given that it is the festive season in US and Canada, he visited New York with his family.

Unfortunately, the trip proved to be fatal for Harish. He accidentally drowned after he slipped and fell into the water at Ithica Falls, New York, on Tuesday, October 11th at around 2 pm. The deceased hails from Nuzivid, Andhra Pradesh.

His friends and family remember him as a lively person with an infectious smile. Ironically, Harish was a nature lover and he got merged with nature. All his family and friends are in grief and shocked by the sudden demise of Harish, who was barely 35.

TANA and his friends and close family have started a fund-raiser on Gofundme.com. The money collected will be used to bring back the body to India and the rest will be given to the family to complete the last rites.
