Choreographer Jani Master was recently arrested due to sexual assault allegations against him. A 21-year-old choreographer filed a case accusing him of sexually harassing her over many years.
She stated that he had been sexually assaulting her since the days when she was a minor. As a result, a POCSO case was filed against him, and he was arrested a few weeks ago.
Upon hearing the case, the Rangareddy district court sent Jani Master to remand. He tried getting bail a couple of times, but it was of no use.
Meanwhile, there is a new twist in the case. Jani Master’s nephew, Shameer, filed a case against the girl who had filed the case against Jani Master. In his complaint, he stated that she sexually harassed him while he accompanied Jani Master to shoots in Hyderabad and Mumbai.
He further added that she used to sexually assault him in restrooms, lifts, and hotels. He requested the police to file a POCSO case against her as he is a minor.
A complaint has been registered, and the investigation is currently underway. More details are expected to be revealed soon.
