Anticipatory Bail Granted to Ravi Prakash

TV9 Former CEO Ravi Prakash is granted bail by the Telangana High Court in the cases of forgery and Funds Misuse by the new management, Alanda Media. The court asked Ravi Prakash to attend before the Police once a week and also instructed him not to leave the country with the court permission.

Previously, Ravi Prakash‘s Bail Petitions were rejected in the High Court and the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court asked him to approach the high court once again where he got a favorable verdict. Actor Shivaji who is wanted in the same case is continuing to evade the police investigation.

He filed a petition in the high court saying that he can not co-operate with the police as he is busy with the arrangements for his son’s abroad studies. Earlier, Shivaji claimed that he has purchased some stake of TV9 from Ravi Prakash. But Alanda Media accuses him of cheating in collision with Ravi Prakash.

On the other side, Police have taken Mojo TV CEO, Revathi into their custody this morning. Mojo TV is a TV Channel also owned by Ravi Prakash.
