The results for the Kovvur and Narasapuram Assembly constituencies will be released first. These results will be determined in 13 rounds, with the full results announced within five hours of the counting starting.
The results for the Bheemili and Panyam constituencies will be announced last, as their vote counting will take 26 rounds and about 9-10 hours.
For the Lok Sabha constituencies, the results for Rajamahendravaram and Narasapuram will be first, completed in 13 rounds within five hours.
Amalapuram Lok Sabha seat will take the longest, with counting in 27 rounds over 9-10 hours. By around 1 PM, there will be almost complete clarity on the trends.
State Chief Electoral Officer Mukesh Kumar Meena stated that official results would only be announced after the VVPAT slip counting is completed.
For Lok Sabha constituencies, the counting of postal ballots and EVM votes will occur in separate halls. Both will start at 8 AM.
For Assembly constituencies, the counting of postal ballots and EVM votes will happen in the same hall, with postal ballot counting starting at 8 AM and EVM vote counting starting at 8:30 AM. Both will proceed simultaneously.
Each round of postal ballot counting takes about 2.5 hours, while each round of EVM vote counting takes 20-25 minutes. Each table counts 500 postal ballots per round.
