AP Govt’s Final Order On Cinema Ticketing

The government of Andhra Pradesh has passed the final orders on the cinema ticketing system in the state.

As per the latest order passed by the government, online cinema ticket booking is mandatory at all cinema halls across the state.

The service charge for ticket booking has been capped at 2%.

Andhra Pradesh Film Television Theater Management Corporation will be regulating the online ticketing service provider and related operations henceforth.

The Nodal agency will decide the service provider gateway.

All the theaters in the state should coordinate with APFTTMC regarding the online booking. The theater managements should also orchestrate the online ticketing process with ticket booking platforms.
