HC Strikes Away YCP’s Repolling Plan

The YSR Congress outfit is acting as if they were demoted to the opposition ranks already. The fact that despite being a ruling party, YSR Congress calling for repolls is hinting at the same.

Incidentally, Ambati Rambabu and Chevireddy Mohit Reddy had filed for repolling in Sattenapalli and Chandragiri constituencies respectively.

However, these cases were quickly struck down by the AP High Court.

The court noted that there is no merit to the case filed by Ambati Ramababu to go for repolling in four booths in Sattenapalli upon the allegations of rigging.

Same happened with Mohit Reddy who called for repolling in Tirupati district’s Chandragiri.

The court was quick to gun down the arguments of the two YCP MLA candidates and they are left with nothing in their hands.
